All of our services are by appointment only and are subject to availability.
Please allow enough time for you to be on time to your appointments. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointments to allow enough time to complete any paper work. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your allotted appointment time your service is subject to be shortened with the original price of the service; or rescheduled.
Please allow 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a treatment; 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule, this allows enough time to fill appointments. LATE CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 50% OF THE PRICE OF SERVICE SCHEDULED. (For all groupon appointments, late cancellations/reschedules will result in the redemption of your voucher)
We do not allow refunds for prepaid services or packages. In addition we do not allow refunds for retail product purchases, this is due to safety and sanitary reasons. If you are ever unhappy or displeased with a service you received please let us know immediately so that we can rectify the situation. However, we do not give refunds for services rendered.
